Pay-As-You-Go
Terms of Service.
Clients booking a Pay-As-You-Go lesson agree to the terms and conditions set out below and any subsequent amendments to them.
Lessons can be booked at any time up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time.
A payment method must be provided for Pay-As-You-Go lessons at the time of booking. This payment method will be not be charged until the lesson has been completed or a cancellation fee is applicable.
Booking a Pay-As-You-Go lesson does not secure a weekly time slot for lessons and does not guarantee the booking of any future lessons on a set day or time.
Bookings can be re-scheduled if a suitable timeslot is available that can be agreed between the client and Adam’s Music Tuition within one week of the original booking. If no alternative appointment can be agreed upon then the lesson will be cancelled by the client and any relevant cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation of lessons by the client more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be refunded in full minus admin/transaction fees if applicable.
An admin/transaction fee may apply to refunds for bookings cancelled by the client more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.
Cancellation of lessons by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson start time must be payed in full.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without making advanced notice are not entitled to an alternative appointment or refund.
In the event that a lesson is cancelled by Adam’s Music Tuition the client shall be entitled to an alternative appointment to be agreed between the client and Adam’s Music Tuition. If no such appointment is available or no such agreement can be reached then said transaction will be refunded in full.
The hourly rate payable for a lesson is the rate advertised on AdamsMusicTuition.com at the time of booking. Adam’s Music Tuition withholds the right to change the hourly rate at any time for bookings not yet confirmed and paid for.
